When scheduling your appointment with MBSP, you will be asked to provide your insurance information with one of our representatives. On the day of your visit, our front desk staff will scan your insurance card and verify all of your information. Any copays required by your insurance company will need to be paid at the time of service. (MBSP accepts cash, check, VISA, and MasterCard).
If you are self-paying, we will work with you on a payment plan. This includes our international patients and those working outside
the American healthcare system.
Your insurance or Workmen’s Comp carrier may require you to get a referral from your general practitioner before authorizing coverage of any fees associated with getting a second opinion.
